Digital Guide Delivery
All digital research guides are delivered electronically immediately upon successful order confirmation. Guide access is provided through your Peptide California account. No physical shipping is required for the guide component of your order.
Test Kit Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for complimentary test kit fulfillment on all domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Ground shipping with temperature-controlled insulated packaging. Suitable for lyophilized (freeze-dried) test kit compounds that are stable at ambient temperatures for short transit periods.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Priority shipping with enhanced insulated packaging. Recommended for larger orders and temperature-sensitive test kit compounds.
- Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day): Express delivery with cold-chain packaging including gel ice packs. Recommended for highly temperature-sensitive test kit materials and orders placed during warmer months.
Shipping method availability and pricing will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the test kits in your order. Certain test kits may require expedited or overnight shipping due to stability requirements; this will be indicated on the guide page.
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are typically processed for test kit shipment the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time is typically 1-2 business days from order confirmation. This includes order verification, quality assurance checks, and test kit packaging.
- Orders requiring purchaser verification (see our Research Use Policy) may require additional processing time while credentials are confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and another when your test kit has shipped, including tracking information.
Temperature-Controlled Test Kit Packaging
Maintaining the integrity of test kit compounds during transit is a top priority. Our packaging protocols include:
- Insulated Containers: All test kits are shipped in insulated packaging designed to minimize temperature fluctuations during transit.
- Gel Ice Packs: Included with overnight and expedited shipments, and with all orders during warmer months (typically May through September) to maintain cold-chain conditions.
- Sealed Vials: All test kit materials are packaged in sealed, labeled vials with tamper-evident closures to ensure integrity and prevent contamination.
- Desiccants: Moisture-absorbing packets are included where appropriate to protect lyophilized compounds from humidity degradation.
- Secondary Containment: Test kit materials are placed in secondary containment packaging to prevent damage or loss during transit, in accordance with shipping regulations for research chemicals.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with major domestic carriers to ensure reliable and trackable test kit delivery:

- USPS (Standard shipping only, where applicable)
Carrier selection is based on the shipping method chosen, delivery destination, and test kit requirements. Peptide California reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Domestic Shipping Only
Peptide California currently ships test kits to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes (for expedited and overnight shipments)
All test kit shipments must be delivered to a verifiable physical address. Orders shipping to institutional or laboratory addresses are preferred. Orders to residential addresses may require additional purchaser verification pursuant to our Research Use Policy.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for complimentary test kits are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, shipping method selected, and delivery destination. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. Peptide California may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided for all test kit shipments. Once your test kit ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number with a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page
- Estimated delivery date
You may also view your tracking information by logging into your account on our Website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following delivery issues with your test kit, please contact us immediately:
- Damaged Shipment: If your test kit arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior packaging and contents before opening. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
- Missing or Incorrect Items: If your test kit is incomplete or contains incorrect materials, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard any materials or packaging until the issue is resolved.
- Non-Delivery: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your test kit, first check with your institution’s mailroom or receiving department. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.
- Temperature Concerns: If the insulated packaging appears compromised upon delivery, or if gel packs have fully thawed, contact us within 24 hours. Photograph the condition of the packaging and ice packs upon receipt.
Peptide California will work with the carrier to resolve delivery issues promptly. Replacement test kits or refunds for damaged/lost shipments will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Signature Requirements
Orders exceeding $250 in value require a signature upon test kit delivery. An adult (21 years or older) at the delivery address must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery procedures.
Signature requirements may also apply to orders containing certain test kit materials regardless of order value.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons, processing and delivery times for test kits may be extended. We recommend selecting expedited or overnight shipping during these periods if timely delivery is critical for your research schedule. We do not ship on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
