Peptide California Rewards Program — Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The Peptide California Rewards Program (“Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Peptide California to qualifying customers who purchase research guides on www.PeptideCalifornia.com. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to all registered customers of Peptide California who are at least 21 years of age, have a valid account in good standing, and have agreed to the Peptide California Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Research Use Policy.
3. Earning Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying research guide purchases (before shipping and taxes). Points are credited to your account after your order has been delivered and the return/exchange period has elapsed. Points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, or previously discounted items unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for discounts on future research guide purchases at www.PeptideCalifornia.com. The current redemption rate is 100 points = $5.00 discount. Points may not be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or combined with certain promotional offers unless otherwise specified. Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.
5. Point Expiration
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned if no qualifying purchase or redemption activity has occurred on the account during that period.
6. Account Requirements
You must maintain a registered account on www.PeptideCalifornia.com to participate in the Program. Points are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Peptide California reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Use or that we believe are being used fraudulently.
7. Program Changes
Peptide California reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time and without notice. This includes the right to change the earning rate, redemption rate, expiration policies, or other Program rules. Any changes will be posted on this page.
8. Disqualification
Peptide California reserves the right to disqualify any member from the Program and forfeit their points if the member is found to have violated the Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the Program, or returned a substantial portion of their orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
Peptide California shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the Program or the inability to earn or redeem points. The Program does not create a contractual obligation beyond these terms.
10. Research Use Acknowledgment
All purchases made through the Rewards Program are subject to the same Research Use Policy that governs all transactions on www.PeptideCalifornia.com. All research guides include complimentary test kits containing materials intended for laboratory research use only. Test kit contents are not for human or animal consumption.
