2. Qualified Purchaser Requirements
Peptide California sells research-grade compounds exclusively to qualified purchasers who meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Institutional Researchers: Personnel affiliated with accredited universities, colleges, medical schools, or research institutions conducting legitimate scientific research.
- Licensed Laboratory Personnel: Employees of licensed analytical, forensic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology laboratories.

We reserve the right to request verification documentation at any time, including institutional identification, laboratory credentials, or a description of intended research application. Orders from purchasers whose qualifications cannot be verified may be declined or refunded.
3. Regulatory Framework

4. Prohibited Uses

5. Quality Assurance & Documentation
Every batch of product undergoes analytical testing prior to release. Documentation provided includes:
- Certificate of Analysis (COA): Batch-specific document reporting HPLC purity, mass spectrometry confirmation, molecular identity, and physical appearance. Available for download on individual product pages and in our COA Library.
- Product Labeling: All products are labeled with compound name, batch/lot number, quantity, storage conditions, and the statement “For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption.”
- Storage Guidelines: Recommended storage conditions are specified on product labels and COAs to ensure compound stability and integrity.
6. Shipping & Handling Compliance
- Products are shipped exclusively within the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia).
- All shipments are packaged in compliance with applicable DOT and carrier regulations for non-hazardous chemical reagents.
- Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging when required.
- We do not ship internationally due to the complexity of customs regulations and import/export controls governing research chemicals.
7. Record Keeping
