  • Test kit contents have not been approved or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use in humans or animals.
  • Test kit materials are not manufactured under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) applicable to drugs or biologics intended for human use.

Qualified Purchaser Requirements

  • Authorized Procurement Agent: You are an authorized purchasing agent acting on behalf of a qualifying institution or laboratory described above.

Peptide California reserves the right to request documentation verifying your qualifications at any time, including but not limited to: institutional identification, laboratory credentials, academic transcripts, research proposals, or letters of affiliation. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

Prohibited Uses

All test kit materials included with Peptide California research guides are strictly prohibited from being used for any of the following purposes:

  • Human Consumption: Test kit materials shall not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied topically, or otherwise administered to human subjects under any circumstances. This includes self-administration and administration to others.

Purchaser Acknowledgments and Representations

By placing an order with Peptide California, you expressly acknowledge and represent that:

  1. You are at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.
  2. You meet the Qualified Purchaser Requirements set forth in this Policy.
  3. You will use the test kit materials exclusively for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes.
  4. You will not use, or permit others to use, the test kit materials for any purpose prohibited under this Policy.
  5. You possess the knowledge, training, and equipment necessary to safely handle research-grade chemical compounds contained in test kits.
  6. You will store, handle, and dispose of all test kit materials in accordance with applicable safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations.
  7. You understand that test kit materials are not FDA-approved for any human or veterinary use.
  8. You will maintain appropriate records of test kit receipt, storage, and use as required by your institution or applicable regulations.
  9. All information you provide to Peptide California, including your identity, institutional affiliation, and stated research purpose, is truthful and accurate.
  10. You accept full responsibility and liability for the proper use, handling, storage, and disposal of all test kit materials received.

Right to Refuse Sale

Peptide California reserves the absolute and unconditional right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any sale at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to verify the purchaser’s qualifications or institutional affiliation.
  • Reasonable suspicion that test kit materials will be used for any purpose prohibited under this Policy.
  • Orders that exhibit patterns inconsistent with legitimate research procurement.
  • Purchaser’s use of a personal (non-institutional) email address without additional verification.
  • Shipping to a residential address without documentation of a qualifying home laboratory.
  • Any indication of intent to resell test kit materials for non-research purposes.

We are under no obligation to provide a reason for refusing any sale. Refusal of sale shall not create any liability on the part of Peptide California.

Right to Audit and Verify

Peptide California reserves the right to conduct verification procedures on any purchaser or order, including:

  • Requesting institutional verification or credentials before processing an order.
  • Requiring completion of a qualified purchaser questionnaire.
  • Contacting the purchaser’s stated institution to verify affiliation.
  • Reviewing order history for patterns indicative of non-research use.
  • Requesting a description of the specific research application for which test kit materials will be used.

Purchasers agree to cooperate fully with any such verification procedures. Non-cooperation may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Consequences of Misuse

Any violation of this Research Use Policy may result in the following consequences, applied at the sole discretion of Peptide California:

  • Immediate Account Termination: Permanent suspension of purchasing privileges with no eligibility for reinstatement.
  • Order Cancellation: Cancellation of all pending orders with refund at our discretion.
  • Reporting: Referral to appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities, including the FDA, the California Department of Public Health, and applicable law enforcement agencies.
  • Legal Action: Pursuit of all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs.
  • Indemnification: Enforcement of the purchaser’s obligation to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide California from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the purchaser’s misuse of test kit materials.

Peptide California is committed to compliance with all applicable regulations, including:

  • California Health and Safety Code
  • California Business and Professions Code

We cooperate fully with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies in matters relating to the misuse of test kit materials.
