These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website peptidecalifornia.com (“Website”) and all digital research guides, complimentary test kits, and services offered through the Website. Each research guide purchase includes a complimentary test kit containing research-grade peptide compounds corresponding to the guide’s subject matter. Test kit materials are designated “For Laboratory Research Use Only. Not for human consumption.”
Test Kit Use Restrictions
All complimentary test kits included with our research guides contain materials designated “For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption.” This designation means:

Ordering and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
Sales tax will be applied where required by California state law and applicable local jurisdictions.
Digital Guide Delivery & Test Kit Shipping
Digital research guides are delivered electronically upon order confirmation. Complimentary test kits are shipped to verified addresses within the United States only. Shipping terms, methods, and temperature-controlled packaging requirements for test kits are detailed in our Shipping & Handling Policy. Risk of loss and title to test kit materials transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times for test kits are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Peptide California is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital guide content and the critical importance of chain-of-custody integrity for test kit materials, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Test kits that have been opened, used, or improperly stored are not eligible for return. All return requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Each test kit lot is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis documenting purity, identity, and analytical testing results for the included research compounds. COAs are available for download on guide pages or upon request. COAs are provided for informational and research verification purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular use.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, research guide content, data compilations, and software, is the property of Peptide California or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website or our research guides without the express written consent of Peptide California. The Peptide California name, logo, and all related guide and service names are trademarks of the Company.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTIDE CALIFORNIA’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC GUIDE(S) AND TEST KIT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide California and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
